I am very happy with Renaissance Power. They have very low rates but even more importantly, they have GREAT customer service and no hidden fees. The staff are helpful and friendly and they actually answer the phone which is rare these days. They also have other forms of communication that are very convenient. They made switching very easy and the rate was so low which made my electric bill drop dramatically!! it did tons of research and landed on Renaissance because of the low rates, good terms, no fees and good customer service. I have been with them a while now and have had zero issues.
