Our rates with National Grid were outrageous so we decided to seek alternative companies for electricity rates. We found Renaissance rates were significantly lower and their reviews were positive, so we signed up. The only feedback I provided to the company was not providing prospective customers with updates after requesting to switch to their company. Chyna was gracious in accepting this feedback and hope the company takes that into consideration to make adjustments to their transition process. Otherwise, we are very happy with the transition to Renaissance!
